Refund & Cancellation Policy
All products sold on this store are digital sheet music delivered electronically by email.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled and fully refunded if the requested sheet music has not yet been delivered.
To request a cancellation, please contact info@michelenobler.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
Digital Delivery
Purchased sheet music is normally delivered by email within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot generally be provided after the sheet music has been delivered by email.
If you experience a technical issue, receive the wrong file, or the file is corrupted or unreadable, please contact info@michelenobler.com and we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
European Union Customers
Customers located in the European Union may exercise their right of withdrawal before the digital sheet music has been delivered.
Once the digital file has been delivered, the order is considered fulfilled and refunds are generally not available, except in cases of technical defects or delivery errors.
